I started off with one coat of Times Square which is a beautiful polish but the application is absolutely dreadful! It is thick and streaky, not nice at all. After that dried I used nail tape to add the design with relatively straight lines. I used Confetti Black Tie and Sinful Colors Snow me White for the other colors. The black was easy one coat no problems but the white needed 2 coats to be completely opaque.

Black & White Chevron Nail Art
Here is some more nail art for you guys! I was looking for some ideas when I came across this post and I absolutely loved it. Sadly mine did not turn out quite as good but here you go. I did not have the beautiful gold silver color used so instead I decided to just use a silver metallic color by Creative called Times Square.

Polka Dot Nail Art
I was feeling like doing something fun so I decided to try out some different polka dot designs for my manicure today. I started off with three coats of OPI's Shootout at the O.K. Coral which is a bright hot-pink, coral color. The polish was a bit translucent so it needed three coats to be completely opaque. I then used Sinful Colors Aquamarine for some fun dots.
On my thumb I just did diagonal rows of dots which turned out quite pretty. The pointer finger was just dotted normally. On my middle finger I tried out a gradient dot design which I really liked. My ring finger I left plain and just dotted three large dots on my pinkie. For all of the dots I just used the back of a nail art brush and it worked fine.

Sinful Colors Gorgeous
This is probably one of my favorite colors by Sinful. It is a beautiful teal-blue-green color that changes in the light, almost holographic but not quite. It is shiny which resulted in a bit a streakiness but with a few coats it was not too noticeable. I love this color because the color depends so much on the light it goes from a light sea green color in bright light to a dark blue when it is in the shade but no matter the lighting the color is always stunning. As always with Sinful the application was perfectly easy and two coats was all it needed. I could literally where this color all the time, definitely one of sinful's best ever!
Sinful Colors Secret Admirer
This is another color by Sinful colors called Secret Admirer. It is a dark grey-black with densely packed, light grey glitter throughout that gives it an chalkboard-like look. I was not amazed with this color as it tends to look a little to blah and also is a bit goth by itself. The color defiantly looked better in the bottle as once I put it on it seemed flat and the glitter just blended in to make a dark grey. Although still a pretty color not exactly what I was looking for although as usual with Sinful the application was easy and it just needed two coats.
Sinful Colors Snow Me White
I thought this color was fitting today as where I am it has been snowing all day long and I ended up having a snow day which means more time to do my nails! This color is a bright, bright stark white that like the name says looks just like the snow outside my window right now. This was only two coats and they went on fairly easy. At first the color is a little opaque but with two it is fine. As with most Sinful Colors the application was super easy but the only thing was this color was a tad thick so it was a bit had to work with. However, I absolutely love the bright white by itself as it sticks out so much and is definitely eye catching! Only other problem with this color is that it took a very long time to dry.

Sinful Colors Courtney Orange
This color is by Sinful Colors, one of my all-time favorite brands. Sinful Colors is great because they have plenty of bright fun colors and are good quality but are only $2 at target! I decided to go with a bright orange to bring in some summer as it has been so cold lately. This color went on quite easy and with three coats it looked perfect! It is a bright, shiny, orange color that is very sunny and colorful which is great right now. I can't wait until summer finally comes to use this color again!
